慢工，方出細活Slow Making, Fine Results
我們拒絕量產的粗疏。從一張皮的紋理走向，到一枚鉚釘的位置，每個細節都經反覆推敲。工匠以雙手感受皮的厚薄與韌度，讓每件作品既結構穩固，又保有皮革天然的溫潤觸感。We refuse the shortcuts of mass production. From the grain of each hide to the placing of every rivet, every detail is reconsidered. Our artisans read thickness and resilience by hand, so each piece is structurally sound yet retains leather's natural, warm touch.
四道工序，成就一件佳作Four Stages to a Masterpiece
嚴選皮料Selecting the Hide
只選用頭層牛皮，紋理自然緊密，觸感溫潤；輔以高密度蠟帆布，耐磨且具復古質感。每張皮皆經目視與觸感雙重篩選。We use only full-grain cowhide — tight of grain, warm to the touch — paired with high-density waxed canvas for durability and vintage character. Every hide is selected by eye and by hand.
依紋裁製Cut Along the Grain
工匠依皮料天然紋理與張力逐張裁切，避開瑕疵部位，確保每件作品的紋理連貫、結構受力均勻。Each hide is cut by hand along its natural grain and tension, avoiding flaws, so texture runs true and stress is distributed evenly across every piece.
黃銅裝配Fitting the Brass
實心黃銅扣環、鉚釘與拉鏈，逐件安裝定位。黃銅隨時間氧化，形成古樸包漿，與皮革的色澤變化相互呼應。Solid brass buckles, rivets and zips are fitted one by one. Brass oxidises with time into a quiet patina that answers the leather's own deepening tone.
多道查驗Final Checks
每件成品經多道查驗：縫線密度、邊緣封邊、五金開合、整體版型，逐一核對，方才列入出品。Every finished piece is checked across multiple stages — stitch density, edge finishing, hardware action and overall form — before it earns a place in the collection.
經得起歲月的材料Materials That Earn Their Age
頭層牛皮Full-Grain Leather
保留皮面最堅韌的表層，紋理自然，使用愈久愈顯光澤，是皮革中最高等級。The hide's strongest outer layer, kept intact — natural of grain, growing more lustrous with use. The finest grade of leather.
蠟帆布Waxed Canvas
高密度棉帆布浸蠟處理，防水耐磨，刮痕可用熱風恢復，具獨特復古質感。High-density cotton canvas impregnated with wax — water-resistant, hard-wearing, and self-healing under warmth, with a singular vintage character.
實心黃銅Solid Brass
扣環、鉚釘與拉鏈皆選實心黃銅，堅固耐腐，歲月為其添上古樸色澤。Buckles, rivets and zips in solid brass — strong and corrosion-resistant, acquiring a storied tone over the years.
